Eco TLC / Refashion has referenced all of the places where used clothing, household linen and footwear can be deposited in a map made available to the general public and local authorities.

Whether you have:

— Textile banks on public highways or private roads;

— One or several local associations which recover / collect clothing, footwear and household linen whatever its condition;

— One or several local associations which recover / collect clothing, footwear and household linen whatever its condition;

Thanks to you, the collection of clothing & footwear is progressing every day

In 2021, 244 448 tonnes of clothing textiles, household linen and footwear were collected throughout France, equating to 3.7 kg/year/inhabitant of the 9.7 kg placed on the market.

Being officially approved enables you:

- To be part of the Textile Industry reference map.
- To be known by the general public thanks to the local authorities.
- To participate in second life traceability for used textiles.

Official approval obliges you to:

— Display streamlined signage on your Self-Deposit Banks (collection addresses)
— Declare every quarter the tonnage collected and the destination of this tonnage
— Declare the tonnage collected per address every year
— Update the addresses of your SDB every day

We will provide you with free signage and educational elements to keep the general public informed of evolutions to the sector.

Increasing these tonnages is everybody's business ! We all have a role to play. The dynamic is collective - this is the essence behind Refashion's project.
